What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Milling Machine Operator (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.
Our client is a top player in the construction industry, specializing in milling, cleaning, cutting, and demolition for roadwork. With over 50 skilled employees across various locations, they guarantee smooth operations and top-notch quality—backed by modern gear and experienced teams in sales, site management, and tech.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
- Driving and operating asphalt millers and cleaning tech (Bobcat loaders)
- Taking care of and maintaining the machines
- Handling minor repairs
- Transporting and moving the equipment
- Solid onboarding with technical training and hands-on experience on-site
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Driver’s license class B (for machine operation)
- Driver’s license class CE (for transport)
- A good head for mechanics and an interest in construction machinery
- A sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude
