Asphalt Roller Crew Member (m/f/d)

What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Rolled Asphalt Crew Member (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.
What you’ll be doing:
- Setting up, securing, and clearing out construction sites
- Organizing site operations
- Working on the screed of the asphalt paver
- Operating heavy machinery (screed, paver, and roller) during asphalt installation
- Pitching in with the asphalt crew, including manual paving and other related tasks
- Standard industry activities
- Keeping things safe and healthy on the job
- Looking out for the environment, ensuring quality, and handling basic reporting
What you bring to the table:
- Experience operating heavy equipment (screed, paver, and roller)
- Ability to handle trade-specific tasks independently with a dedicated and responsible mindset
- A Class B driver’s license is required; Class C is a plus
A company car will be provided.
