What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Rolled Asphalt Crew Member (m/f/d) for our client in the Hildesheim area.
Your contribution to the team
- Setting up, securing, and clearing construction sites
- Site organization
- Working on the screed of the asphalt paver
- Operating heavy machinery (screed, paver, and roller) during asphalt installation
- Pitching in with the asphalt crew, including manual laying and other asphalt-related tasks
- Standard industry activities
- Following health and safety regulations
- Environmental protection, quality control, and reporting
What we’re looking for
- Experience operating heavy construction equipment (screed, paver, and roller)
- Ability to handle specialized tasks independently with a dedicated and responsible work ethic
- Class B driver’s license required; Class C is a plus
