What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Roller Asphalt Crew Member (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.
Your role on the team
- Setting up, securing, and clearing out construction sites
- Organizing site operations
- Working on the screed of the asphalt paver
- Operating heavy machinery (screed, paver, and roller) during asphalt installation
- Pitching in with the asphalt crew, including manual paving and other related tasks
- Standard industry activities
- Keeping things safe and healthy on the job
- Environmental protection, quality control, and reporting
What we’re looking for
- Experience operating heavy construction equipment (screed, paver, and roller)
- Ability to handle specialized tasks independently with a dedicated and responsible mindset
- A Class B driver’s license is required; Class C is a plus
