On behalf of our client, we're looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator (m/f/d) for civil engineering.

Your tasks with our client

• Main workplace in Kraftisried, with occasional jobs at other landfills in the region
• Operating crawler excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, rollers, and dumpers – some with GPS control

Chance to grow into a foreman (m/f/d) through things like:

• Helping organize and coordinate workflows with an eye on future leadership tasks
• Taking part in specific training and qualification courses – we'll cover the costs
• Hands-on support from experienced colleagues who will guide you along the way
• Future outlook: Leading a construction site team on your own and taking over foreman duties after getting qualified

What we're looking for

• Ideally, completed training as a heavy equipment operator and several years of solid experience in civil engineering, landfill construction, or landscaping/golf course construction
• Experience operating machines like wheel loaders, excavators, dozers, and rollers for installing mineral waste
• Knowledge of handling asbestos and willingness to take an asbestos specialist course
• Motivation to grow personally and take on leadership responsibility
• Team player, great at organizing, and a sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work at different sites around the Allgäu region
