Experienced heavy equipment operator (m/f/d) civil engineering

On behalf of our client, we're looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator (m/f/d) for civil engineering.

• Unit: Environmental remediation

Your tasks

• Main site in Kraftisried, with occasional work at other landfills in the region
• Operating crawler excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, rollers, and dumpers – some with GPS controls

Chance to grow into a foreman (m/f/d) role through things like:

• Helping organize and coordinate workflows with an eye toward future leadership tasks
• Taking part in specific training and qualification courses – we'll cover the costs
• Hands-on support from experienced colleagues who will guide you along the way
• Future outlook: Leading a construction site team independently and taking over foreman duties after successful qualification

What you bring to the table

• Ideally, completed training as a heavy equipment operator and several years of relevant experience in civil engineering, landfill construction, or landscaping/golf course construction
• Experience operating machines like wheel loaders, excavators, dozers, and rollers for installing mineral waste
• Knowledge of handling asbestos and willingness to take an asbestos specialist course
• Motivation to grow personally and take on leadership responsibility
• Team spirit, organizational talent, and a sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work at different sites in the Allgäu region
