Tasks at Geiger Main workplace in Kraftisried, occasional jobs at other landfills in the region

• Operating crawler excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, rollers, and dumpers – some with GPS control

Chance to grow into a foreman (m/f/d) through things like:

• Helping out with organizing and coordinating workflows with an eye on future leadership tasks
• Taking part in specific training and qualification courses – we cover the costs
• Hands-on support from experienced colleagues who will guide you on your way
• Down the road: Leading a construction site team on your own and taking over foreman duties after successful qualification

What we're looking for

• Ideally, completed training as a construction equipment operator (m/f/d) and several years of relevant work experience in civil engineering, landfill construction, or landscaping/golf course construction
• Experience operating machines like wheel loaders, excavators, dozers, and rollers for installing mineral waste
• Knowledge of handling asbestos and willingness to take an asbestos specialist course
• Motivation for personal growth and taking on leadership responsibility
• Team player, organizational talent, and a sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work at different sites in the Allgäu region
