Construction Equipment Operator (m/f/d) with a career path to Foreman (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, we're looking for a Construction Equipment Operator (m/f/d) with a career path to become a Foreman (m/f/d).

Location: Kraftisried Start date: Right away Entry level: Skilled worker Working hours: Full-time Unit: Environmental Remediation

Tasks

• Main site in Kraftisried, with occasional work at other landfills in the region
• Operating crawler excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, rollers, and dumpers – some with GPS control
• Optional backup: Operating the weighbridge and processing/documenting the data

Development into a Foreman (m/f/d) through:

• Helping organize and coordinate workflows with an eye on future leadership tasks
• Taking part in specific training and qualification courses – we'll cover the costs
• Hands-on support from experienced colleagues who will guide you along the way
• Future outlook: Leading a construction site team independently and taking over foreman duties after successful qualification

What we're looking for

• Ideally, completed training as a construction equipment operator or several years of relevant work experience
• Motivation to grow personally and take on leadership responsibility
• Willingness to participate in training and courses to become a foreman
• Knowledge of handling asbestos and willingness to take an asbestos specialist course
• Independent and structured way of working
• Team spirit, organizational talent, and a sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work at different sites in the Allgäu region
