Corrosion Protection Specialist (m/f/d) Airless/Coater 2K Spray Systems - Hot Spray Tech

On behalf of our client, we’re looking for a Corrosion Protection Specialist (m/f/d) for Airless/2K Hot Spray Coating systems for projects around Gelsenkirchen.

Your tasks:

• Prepping surfaces for corrosion protection (cleaning, sanding, sandblasting)
• Applying coatings to steel components using airless spray methods
• Applying surface protection systems to concrete components using 2K hot spray equipment
• Making sure coating thickness and quality meet the specs
• Handling touch-ups and repairs
• Following safety and environmental guidelines
• Looking after and maintaining the spray gear and tools

What we’re looking for:

• Completed vocational training in corrosion protection, painting/varnishing, or something similar is a plus
• Experience with airless spraying (e.g., paints, primers, protective coatings)
• Experience working with 2K hot spray systems for surface protection is a bonus
• Knowledge of how to apply corrosion and surface protection systems
• Good technical understanding and a willingness to take advantage of our training programs
