Service Center Manager / Site Manager (m/f/d) - Day Shift
What you will do with us
On behalf of our client, we’re looking for a Service Center Manager / Site Manager (m/f/d) for the day shift.
Here, you’re doing more than just managing processes – you’re creating space for growth as a Service Center Manager.
Ready to take charge and shape the future?
If you want to do more than just manage workflows and actually make an impact, keep reading. With our client, you won’t just be running a depot; you’ll be balancing structure, people, and results. You’re the engine that keeps the Service Center moving forward.
Your Mission:
- You’ll run the Service Center with an entrepreneurial mindset—handling technical, disciplinary, and operational leadership.
- You’ll manage capacities, analyze KPIs, handle resources, and make sure targets are hit.
- You’re responsible for sticking to all processes, standards, and guidelines—from workplace safety to environmental certifications.
- You’ll ensure quality, deadlines, and budgets are met, both for internal workflows and external service providers.
- You’ll lead your team through regular meetings, feedback, and targeted development.
- You’ll redesign processes, help set standards, and successfully roll out new tools, ideas, and structures.
- Working closely with the HSEQ team, you’ll bridge the gap between safety, efficiency, and responsibility.
What you bring to the table:
- You have a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or a technical background with relevant extra qualifications.
- Several years of professional experience—at least three in a similar operational role—giving you a solid grasp of workflows, structures, and priorities. Ideally, you’ve already had some leadership experience and enjoy taking on responsibility.
- You’ve got a good technical understanding, plenty of initiative, and a clear, reliable communication style—whether you’re talking to colleagues or external partners.
- You’re fluent in German and have good English skills (at least B2 level).
- Using MS Office and modern communication tools is second nature to you.
- Plus, you’re cost-conscious, a strong negotiator, and always looking to proactively push things forward.
