Construction Billing Specialist (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Construction Billing Specialist (m/f/d) to join our client's team as soon as possible.
Your Tasks
- Handle billing for transport infrastructure projects alongside the site management team
- Put together all the billing docs for clients
- Spot and record any extra work or change orders
- Take measurements directly on-site
- Check and verify subcontractor invoices
- Keep the project budget/calculations updated regularly with the site managers
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in engineering, a technician qualification, or something similar
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of road construction and civil engineering
- Experience with billing software (ideally industry-standard programs)
- An independent, proactive way of working and great communication/teamwork skills
- A results-driven mindset, strong organizational skills, and confidence in negotiations
