Construction Billing Specialist (m/f/d)

What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Construction Billing Specialist (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.
Your Tasks
- Handle billing for transport infrastructure projects while working closely with the site management team
- Put together all the billing docs for the clients
- Spot and record any extra work or change orders
- Take measurements directly on-site
- Check and verify invoices from subcontractors
- Keep the project budget calculations up to date alongside the site managers
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in engineering, a technician certification, or something similar
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of road construction and civil engineering
- Experience with billing software, ideally iTWO
- An independent, proactive way of working and great communication/teamwork skills
- A results-driven mindset, strong organizational skills, and confidence in negotiations
