Service Center Manager / Site Manager (m/f/d) - Day Shift

Your mission:

• You’ll run the Service Center with an entrepreneurial mindset—handling technical, disciplinary, and operational leadership.
• You’ll manage capacities, analyze KPIs, handle resources, and make sure targets are hit.
• You’re responsible for sticking to all processes, standards, and guidelines—from occupational safety to environmental certifications.
• You’ll ensure quality, deadlines, and budget security for both internal workflows and external service providers.
• You’ll lead your team through regular meetings, feedback, and targeted development.
• You’ll redesign processes, help set standards, and successfully roll out new tools, ideas, and structures.
• Working closely with the HSEQ team, you’ll balance safety, efficiency, and responsibility.

What you bring to the table:

• You have a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or a technical background with relevant extra qualifications.
• Several years of professional experience—at least three in a similar operational role—giving you a solid grasp of workflows, structures, and priorities. Ideally, you already have some leadership experience and enjoy taking on responsibility.
• You have a strong technical understanding, take initiative, and communicate clearly and reliably—both with colleagues and external partners.
• You have very good German skills and good English (at least B2).
• Using MS Office and modern communication tools is second nature to you.
• Plus, you’re cost-conscious, a confident negotiator, and always looking to move things forward.
