Construction Quantity Surveyor (m/f/d) Civil Engineering/Road Construction in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm

We’re looking for a Construction Billing Specialist (m/f/d) for Civil Engineering/Road Construction in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm on behalf of our client.

Our client is a leading medium-sized construction company handling projects in civil engineering, road construction, structural engineering, and track/railway construction across Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. We’re looking for someone to join the team in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm.

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating and documenting site measurements and keeping track of performance reports.
• Putting together invoice and quantity calculations for our clients, including survey data.
• Carefully entering all services into our RIB iTWO billing software to ensure everything is billed on time and is easy to audit.
• Providing solid support to our site management team and helping out with regular target-vs-actual comparisons for performance and costs.

What you bring to the table:

• A completed vocational training as a Draftsperson (m/f/d) or similar, ideally with further training as a Construction Technician (m/f/d).
• Previous experience in construction billing and site measurements, plus a good handle on relevant contract basics (VOB).
• Ideally, you know your way around Microsoft Project and RIB iTWO—or you’re a quick learner when it comes to new software.
• A reliable, independent, and team-oriented way of working.
