Construction Billing Specialist (m/f/d) Civil Engineering & Road Construction

We’re looking for a Construction Billing Specialist (m/f/d) for civil engineering and road construction on behalf of our client.

Our client is a leading medium-sized construction company specializing in civil engineering, roadwork, structural engineering, and railway construction. With locations in the Hersbruck area and the Nuremberg metro region, they are a go-to partner for major projects across Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. The team is driven by a passion for building out Germany’s infrastructure and working closely together.

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating and documenting site measurements and keeping performance reports up to date.
• Putting together invoice and quantity calculations for clients, including survey data.
• Carefully entering all services into the RIB iTWO billing software to ensure everything is billed accurately and on time.
• Providing solid support to the site management team and helping out with regular budget vs. actual cost comparisons.

What you bring to the table:

• A completed vocational training as a Draftsperson (m/f/d) or similar, ideally with further training as a Construction Technician.
• Previous experience in construction billing and site measurements, plus a solid grasp of VOB contract regulations.
• Ideally, you know your way around Microsoft Project and RIB iTWO—or you’re a quick learner when it comes to new software.
• A reliable, independent, and team-oriented way of working.
