What you will do with us
You'll create and develop planning documents for construction projects from the permit stage through to execution planning. Working with our planning team, you'll handle floor plans, sections, and details, and help with the technical side of our projects. What's in it for you? * You'll create and revise planning documents for permit, execution, and detail planning across HOAI phases 1 to 8. * You'll work on drawings for floor plans, sections, views, and details for residential, commercial, and public building projects. * You'll support project teams in developing constructive and technical solutions. * You'll coordinate planning stages closely with architects and specialist engineers. * You'll maintain, check, and organize technical drawing data throughout the entire project. What should you bring to the table? * You've successfully finished training as a draftsperson or have further training as a construction technician. * You have some initial experience with BIM or want to grow in that area. * You have solid CAD skills and know your way around relevant regulations and standards. * Being a team player and having a good technical grasp rounds out your profile.
