Construction Billing Specialist (m/f/d) - Civil Engineering & Road Construction in Schwabach

We’re looking for a Construction Billing Specialist (m/f/d) for Civil Engineering/Road Construction in Schwabach on behalf of our client.

Here’s where your skills come in:

• You’ll handle and document site measurements and take charge of performance reports.
• You’ll put together invoice and quantity calculations for the clients, making sure to factor in survey data.
• You’ll conscientiously enter all services into the RIB iTWO billing software to ensure everything is billed on time and is easy to audit.
• The site management team can count on your support, and you’ll help out with regular target-vs-actual comparisons for performance and costs.

What you bring to the table:

• You’ve completed vocational training as a Draftsperson (m/f/d) or similar, and ideally, you’ve done further training as a Construction Technician (m/f/d).
• You’ve already gained some professional experience in construction billing and site measurements, and you know your way around the relevant contract basics (VOB).
• Ideally, you know how to use Microsoft Project and RIB iTWO, or you’re a quick learner when it comes to new software.
• A reliable, independent, and team-oriented way of working rounds out your profile.
