Material Flow Manager (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, we’re looking for a Material Flow Manager (m/f/d) to join the team in Bergkamen as soon as possible.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating material flows for recycling and disposal, both locally and nationwide.
• Scouting and staying in touch with disposal service providers, including handling contract and price negotiations.
• Growing our sales territory by looking after existing clients and bringing new ones on board.
• Giving our customers technical advice and taking the lead on planning and running disposal projects.
• Helping out with market analysis and evaluations.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree or completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field, plus solid know-how in waste management.
• Relevant experience in material flow management—ideally with waste wood, fuels, and organic waste—along with local market knowledge, a grasp of waste regulations, and a genuine passion for recycling.
• A goal-oriented mindset, strong assertiveness, and a professional way of dealing with people inside and outside the company.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to get things moving.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
