Senior Construction Logistics Manager (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager for Construction Logistics (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

• Your Tasks
  • You’ll handle the coordination of bid processing and project acquisition within your area.
  • You’ll be right in the middle of things during contract, order, supplement, and final negotiations.
  • You’ll be the main point of contact for project managers and take charge of leading the team.
  • You’ll keep the staff and subcontractors on their toes regarding occupational safety.
  • You’ll steer project organization and execution to boost construction productivity through smart logistics measures.
  • As Senior Project Manager, you’ll have the overall responsibility for the monthly billing of all services rendered.
• What You Bring to the Table
  • A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or something similar; alternatively, you’re a state-certified technician with the right professional experience.
  • Several years of solid experience managing large-scale construction projects—specifically in logistics, project management, or work preparation—plus a few years of leadership experience.
  • A strong technical and operational grasp of how work and logistics flow on a construction site.
  • Long-term experience in work preparation and project management.
  • Business-fluent German (written and spoken).
  • You’re confident using BGB and VOB standards in contract management.
