Logistics Lead (m/f/d) Construction Logistics

On behalf of our client, we’re looking for a Construction Logistics Manager (m/f/d) to join the team in Hamburg.

• Your Tasks
  • You’ll be the go-to person for logistics on-site and will take part in construction meetings.
  • You’ll manage supply and waste logistics, site security, and site setup.
  • As Logistics Manager, you’ll make sure all logistics-related services on-site are handled with high quality.
  • You’ll keep an eye on health and safety regulations for your area of work on the site.
  • You’ll check contractually agreed services and handle any supplementary management.
  • You’ll coordinate the staff on-site and keep tabs on the quality of work provided by subcontractors.
• What You Bring to the Table
  • A completed vocational training in the main or secondary construction trades with leadership experience (e.g., foreman) and/or further training (site manager, master craftsman, technician, business administrator) and/or a degree in a construction-related field.
  • Professional and leadership experience on construction sites in a similar role.
  • A strong sense of cost-awareness, great communication and teamwork skills, and solid social competence.
  • Confidence using standard IT tools, like MS Office.
  • A goal-oriented mindset, a sense of responsibility, and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
  • Team spirit, flexibility, organizational talent, and a proactive, independent way of working.
