Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d) Construction Logistics

We’re looking for a Construction Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d) for our client’s projects in Hamburg.

• What you’ll be doing:
  • You’ll be the go-to person for logistics on-site and will jump into site meetings when needed.
  • You’ll work with process-oriented logistics software.
  • You’ll be in charge of managing supply and waste logistics, site security, and site setup.
  • You’ll make sure all logistics-related tasks on-site are done to a high standard.
  • You’ll keep an eye on health and safety for your own team’s work on-site.
  • You’ll manage the staff on-site and check the quality of work from subcontractors.
  • You’ll handle the documentation of completed work for billing purposes.
• What you bring to the table:
  • A completed vocational training in the main construction trades and/or further training (like a foreman, master craftsman, technician, or business degree), or a similar construction-related field.
  • Ideally, some experience working on construction sites in a similar role.
  • Solid skills with standard IT tools, like MS Office.
  • A goal-oriented mindset, a sense of responsibility, and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
  • Great teamwork, flexibility, organizational skills, and a proactive, independent way of working.
