Logistics Manager for Construction Logistics (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, we're looking for a Construction Logistics Manager (m/f/d) for the Berlin location.

Tasks

• You'll make sure the following parts of the overall construction logistics job are done right: supply logistics, space management, material logistics, waste and cleaning logistics including defect management, site setup coordination, and personnel logistics
• You'll be on-site and act as the go-to person for site management, the subcontractors you coordinate, and other project partners who rely on logistics services
• Plus, you'll keep an eye on workplace safety for your own tasks on the construction site
• You'll make sure the guidelines from the construction logistics manual are followed, report extra costs for additional services outside the original scope early on, and ensure everything is documented perfectly
• You'll use process-oriented logistics software
• As a logistics coordinator (m/f/d), you'll walk the site regularly and track any issues with order and cleanliness

What we're looking for

• Ideally, some solid experience in construction logistics or as a foreman (m/f/d) in main or secondary construction trades, a logistics/supply services foreman (m/f/d) with the right training, or a completed apprenticeship in a trade
• Openness to using specific IT tools, like MS Office and our own logistics software
• A forklift license is a plus
