Tasks with our client:

• Helping the project management team plan, organize, and carry out complex and large-scale transports
• Coordinating and organizing routes and permits
• Getting quotes
• Buying and awarding contracts within the project scope
• Coordinating with freight forwarders and subcontractors
• Checking incoming invoices

What we're looking for:

• Completed commercial vocational training and some initial experience in the fields mentioned above
• Previous knowledge in the area of oversized and heavy-duty transport, especially regarding VEMAGS transport permits
• A high sense of responsibility paired with strong communication skills and business foresight
• Ability to work in a team as well as a reliable and structured way of working
