What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Dispatcher (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.
- ABOUT US

- As a leading name in the construction industry, we are a medium-sized family business. With over 800 employees, we cover everything from civil engineering and road construction to structural and turnkey projects, plus Germany’s largest milling operation.
- To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a Dispatcher (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
- WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
- Efficiently planning staff, vehicles, and equipment to keep the fleet running smoothly.
- Staying on top of legal requirements (safety, driving/rest times, and permit management).
- Handling documentation, correspondence, and data for both our own fleet and external transport partners.
- Coordinating and chatting with colleagues, internal departments, and external partners.
- Keeping things cost-effective and efficient.
- Planning and ensuring compliance for heavy-duty and oversized transport (e.g., BF3 escort vehicles).
- WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- A completed commercial or technical degree/apprenticeship (e.g., in construction, logistics, or freight forwarding).
- Experience in dispatching, ideally within the construction sector.
- A strong sense of responsibility regarding safety and regulations.
- Basic knowledge of labor law, waste management law, and transport regs.
- Great organizational skills and a structured way of working.
- Resilience and the ability to stay flexible when things change last minute.
- Strong communication skills for dealing with internal and external partners.
