Logistics Lead (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Logistics Manager (m/f/d) for projects in Stuttgart on behalf of our client.

• The Job
  • You’ll be on-site and fully responsible for making sure all contracted construction logistics run smoothly. This includes supply logistics, space management, material flow, waste and cleaning management (including defect tracking), coordinating site setup, and personnel logistics.
  • You’ll lead your team and subcontractors with a focus on results while making sure all health and safety rules are followed.
  • You’ll play a proactive role in checking and coordinating agreed services and handling any change orders.
  • You’ll be the go-to person for the client and other project partners regarding day-to-day operations and will represent the team in site meetings.
  • As Logistics Manager, you’ll handle the billing for contracted services and make sure all performance documentation is in order.
• What You Bring to the Table
  • Previous experience as a Logistics Manager in construction logistics.
  • Alternatively, you’re a trained foreman, master tradesperson, technician, business manager, or have a degree in a construction-related field—or you have a background in facility management with leadership experience on construction sites in a similar role.
  • A solid technical and operational understanding of construction workflows and logistics processes.
  • A strong sense of cost-awareness, great communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
  • A high level of comfort using internal IT tools.
