What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Work Planner / Technical Office Staff (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

What we’re looking for
- A degree in Civil Engineering, a qualification as a Construction Technician, or something similar through advanced training
- Several years of experience in estimation, site management, project management, or a similar role is a plus
- Tech-savvy with standard IT systems
- Experience with estimation software, ideally RIB-iTWO
- A focused and analytical way of working
- High level of commitment and a team-player attitude
- Driver’s license
- Fluent German (at least C1 level)
Your role on the team
- Work preparation for projects during the bidding phase
- Supporting site management from a technical and financial perspective
- Creating and updating construction schedules to optimize workflows
- Developing concepts for site setup, logistics, and equipment
- Performing quantity take-offs and performance calculations
- Supporting ongoing projects and handling change orders
- Remote work / Home office options available
