Your tasks

• Independent management and organization of construction sites in Austria and Switzerland
• Allocation, coordination, and leadership of our own construction team
• Coordination and management of external professionals and subcontractors
• Local construction supervision (ÖBA) of own and external works, including schedule, quality, and cost control
• Responsibility for compliance with regulations, standards, and safety requirements
• Communication with clients, authorities, planners, and suppliers
• Handling of official procedures (submissions, notifications, building permits)
• Documentation of construction progress and preparation of reports
• Support in tenders, awarding, and work preparation
• Participation in construction meetings, inspections, and handovers

What you bring

• Completed technical construction education (HTL Hochbau, master builder, civil engineering, etc.) or equivalent knowledge through relevant work experience
• Several years of experience in construction management – ideally in renovation/refurbishment
• Solid knowledge of Austrian construction and ancillary building laws; Swiss regulations are a plus
• Independent, proactive, and responsible work style
• Confident demeanor when dealing with specialist companies, authorities, and owners
• Driver's license B and willingness to travel
• Main residence within about 30 km around Hallein
