We’re looking for a Civil Engineer to work as a Site Manager (m/f/d) for renovation projects on behalf of our client, starting at €4,500/month.

Full-time · Construction sites in Austria & Switzerland Primary residence: Within a 30 km radius of Hallein (Tennengau, southern Flachgau, Salzburg City, or neighboring German communities)

Your tasks

• Independently managing and organizing construction sites in Austria and Switzerland
• Scheduling, coordinating, and leading our internal site team
• Coordinating and managing external professionals and subcontractors
• On-site supervision (ÖBA) of in-house and external work, including schedule, quality, and cost control
• Ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and safety guidelines
• Communicating with clients, authorities, planners, and suppliers
• Handling administrative procedures (submissions, notifications, building permits)
• Documenting progress and writing reports
• Supporting tenders, contract awards, and work preparation
• Participating in site meetings, inspections, and handovers

What you bring to the table

• Completed technical construction training (HTL structural engineering, Master Builder, Civil Engineering, or similar) or equivalent knowledge through relevant work experience
• Several years of experience in site management—ideally in conversion/renovation
• Solid knowledge of Austrian building laws; familiarity with Swiss regulations is a plus
• An independent, forward-thinking, and responsible way of working
• A confident demeanor when dealing with specialist firms, authorities, and owners
• Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Primary residence within approx. 30 km of Hallein
