
Project Manager for Structural Engineering / Turnkey Construction (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
Your tasks
- Independent project management: You'll steer and lead the site management teams for our mostly regional construction projects in turnkey residential, administrative, industrial, and commercial construction—from procurement planning and coordinating your own staff and subcontractors right through to handing over to the client.
- Competent point of contact: You'll communicate with clients and other project stakeholders.
- Knowledge and process management: You'll actively help us develop our processes further (e.g., BIM) and train our junior staff.
Your profile
- Degree in civil engineering / architecture or a similar qualification as a technician
- Several years of professional experience in site management for turnkey projects, ideally using agile methods like Lean Construction
- Valid class B driver's license
- Flexibility, commitment, sense of responsibility, communication skills, and team spirit
- Independent, project-oriented, and goal-driven way of working
