How you can impress us: You have a degree in Civil Engineering (University/Polytechnic) or a similar field, or you’re a certified technician.

Ideally, you bring 10 years of professional experience in construction projects, site management, or construction supervision.

You’re a pro with Office programs and standard engineering software for tendering and billing.

You know your way around the relevant standards, regulations, and guidelines (like VOL, VOB, HOAI, etc.).

You have good written and spoken German skills.

You enjoy solving complex, creative tasks and have a structured way of working.

You win people over with your open-minded attitude toward contract and project partners.

You believe in results-oriented and cost-conscious work.

Working independently, good time management, and taking initiative are among your top talents.

Here’s what’s waiting for you… You’ll handle the supervision and documentation of the work as well as the necessary quality control.

You’ll take over quantity surveying and invoice verification.

You’ll represent the client on-site and take over technical and commercial responsibility for the project.

You’ll manage scheduling, costs, and quality control and help out with reporting.

You’ll be part of contract and change order management.

You’ll ensure proactive coordination of the companies on-site and all technical parties to make sure the project runs economically.

You’ll support the acceptance of services and deliveries, handle the prep work for those acceptances, and ensure everything is documented.
