Civil Engineer (m/f/d) as Specialist Planner – up to €80k a year

We’re looking for a Civil Engineer (m/f/d) to join our client’s team as a Specialist Planner, with a salary of up to €80k a year. In industrial construction, concrete floor slabs do a lot of heavy lifting—they act as roadways, storage areas, and foundation components all at once. Over a building's lifespan, the industrial floor is the part that takes the most beating, making it a huge factor in how well a building functions and lasts.

Our client’s expertise in Civil and Environmental Engineering (specifically industrial flooring) ensures these structures stay stable and functional for the long haul. By working closely with other departments like geotechnics and special foundation engineering, they create smart, integrated solutions.

Your Tasks

• Your Mission: You’ll support Sales Managers across Germany by advising customers on everything related to industrial flooring.
• Common Goal: You’ll check if requirements are technically and financially doable and then come up with the right design concept for the floor slab.
• Keeping an Eye on Things: You’ll spot project potential early on, handle preliminary designs, estimate materials, and play an active role in calculations and bidding. You’ll also make sure the internal consulting quality stays top-notch.
• Living Interdisciplinary Work: You’ll coordinate closely with colleagues from different planning departments and branches—teamwork is a big deal here!

Your Profile

• Experience and Passion for Industrial Floors: You have a degree in Civil Engineering (or something similar) and a solid understanding of how industrial floors are built and used. Most importantly, you enjoy putting that knowledge to work.
• Customer-First Mindset: You already have some experience in consulting or sales and love building and maintaining professional networks.
• Creative and Collaborative: You like working across different fields—like foundation engineering or logistics technology—and thinking outside the box is second nature to you.
• Great Communicator: You’re a team player with strong communication skills and a knack for giving expert advice.
• Ideally, you have experience designing industrial floors and know your way around the relevant regulations.
• Language Skills: You have very good German skills (written and spoken) and a professional way of expressing yourself.
