Civil Engineer/Specialist Planner (m/f/d) 2 days remote work €50 - 80k

We’re looking for a Civil Engineer/Specialist Planner (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

In industrial construction, concrete floor slabs do a lot of heavy lifting: they act as roadways, storage areas, and foundation components. Over a building's lifetime, the industrial floor is the part that takes the most beating—making it a huge factor in how well a building works and how long it lasts. Our client’s expertise in industrial flooring ensures these structures stay stable and functional for the long haul. By working closely with other departments like geotechnics and specialized foundation engineering, we create all-in-one solutions.

Your Tasks

• Your Mission: You’ll support Sales Managers across Germany, advising customers on everything related to industrial flooring.
• Common Goal: You’ll check and evaluate technical and economic requirements to come up with the perfect design concept for the floor slab.
• Keeping the Big Picture: You’ll spot project potential early on, handle preliminary designs, estimate quantities, and play an active role in calculations and bidding. You’ll also make sure our internal consulting stays top-notch.
• Interdisciplinary Teamwork: You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues from various planning departments and regional branches—teamwork is a big deal here!

Your Profile

• Experience and Passion for Industrial Floors: You have a degree in Civil Engineering or something similar, plus solid knowledge of how industrial floors are built and used. Most importantly, you enjoy putting that knowledge to work.
• Customer-First Mindset: You already have some experience in consulting and sales and love building and maintaining professional networks.
• Creative and Collaborative: You enjoy working creatively across different fields (like foundation engineering or logistics technology)—thinking outside the box is second nature to you.
• Great Communicator: You’re a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to provide expert advice.
• Ideally, you have experience in dimensioning industrial floors and are already familiar with the relevant regulations.
• Language Skills: You have very good written and spoken German and a professional way of expressing yourself.
