Civil Engineer/Specialist Planner (m/f/d) 13th month salary + up to €80k

We’re looking for a Civil Engineer/Specialist Planner (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

In industrial construction, concrete floor slabs do a lot of heavy lifting: they act as roadways, storage areas, and foundation components. Over a building's lifetime, the industrial floor is the part that takes the most beating—making it a huge factor in how well a facility functions and lasts.

A leader in the construction industry is looking for expertise in their Civil and Environmental Engineering department (Industrial Flooring division) to ensure long-term stability and performance. By working closely with other teams like geotechnics and special foundations, they create fully integrated solutions.

YOUR Tasks

• YOUR Mission: YOU’LL support our Sales Managers across Germany by advising customers on everything related to industrial flooring.
• Common Goal: By checking if requirements are technically and financially doable, YOU’LL develop the right execution concept for the floor slab.
• Stay on Top of Things: YOU’LL spot project potential early on, handle preliminary designs, estimate quantities, and play an active role in calculations and bidding. You’ll make sure the consulting quality stays top-notch.
• Live Interdisciplinary Collaboration: YOU’LL coordinate closely with colleagues from different planning departments and branches—teamwork is a big deal here!

YOUR Profile

• (Work) Experience and Passion for Industrial Floors: YOU have a degree in Civil Engineering or something similar, plus broad knowledge of how industrial floors are built and used—and you actually enjoy putting that knowledge to work.
• Customer is King: YOU already have hands-on experience in consulting and sales and love building and maintaining networks.
• Creative and Collaborative: YOU like working creatively across different fields (like foundation engineering or logistics tech)—thinking outside the box is second nature to you.
• Great Communicator and Team Player: YOU win people over with your communication skills, your ability to work in a team, and your expert advice.
• Ideally, you have experience in dimensioning industrial floors and know your way around the relevant regulations.
• YOU have very good German skills (written and spoken) and a professional way of expressing yourself.
