- Completed studies in civil engineering or a similar qualification
- Solid experience in project management, acquiring construction projects, and site management – ideally in road, civil, or traffic route construction
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and retain employees
- Team player with strong communication skills
- High level of commitment and an independent, dedicated, and results-oriented work style
- Strong customer focus and cost awareness
- Proficient in using billing and calculation programs (ideally RIB iTWO) as well as MS Office
Your Role with Us
- Responsibility for operational business and daily operations
- Overall management of complex construction projects in road, civil, and asphalt construction
- Ensuring economic, timely, and technical goal achievement
- Leading, motivating, and developing the team
- Acquiring contracts and maintaining relationships with clients and business partners
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through technical solutions and high quality
