We're looking for a Senior Site Manager (m/f/d) in road construction for one of our clients

What matters to us

• A degree in civil engineering or something similar
• Solid experience in project management, landing new construction projects, and site management – ideally in road, civil, or traffic engineering
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and keep people on board
• A team player with great communication skills
• High level of commitment and a self-driven, dedicated, and results-oriented way of working
• Strong focus on the customer and cost-awareness
• Tech-savvy with billing and estimation software (ideally RIB iTWO) and MS Office

Your role with us

• Taking charge of operations and day-to-day business
• Overall management of complex construction projects in road, civil, and asphalt engineering
• Making sure financial, scheduling, and technical goals are met
• Leading, motivating, and developing the team
• Bringing in new contracts and looking after customers and business partners
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through smart technical solutions and high quality
