Engineer / Technician (m/f/d) for Site Management, Billing & Estimation in Noise Protection

On behalf of our client, we're looking for an Engineer / Technician (m/f/d) for site management, billing & calculation in noise protection.

Your tasks

• Managing projects on time and with high quality: You'll run noise protection projects on rail or road systems, from prep work to handing it over to the customer.
• Billing and calculation during the project: You'll create billing documents (like measurements), document contract deviations, and help with the commercial evaluation of projects. You'll also support work calculations and change order management throughout the project.
• Staff and subcontractor management: Working with the foremen, you'll coordinate the skilled workers and oversee subcontractor performance.
• Sustainability in every way: You're responsible for implementing guidelines for occupational safety, accident prevention, and environmental protection on the construction sites.

Your profile

• Degree in civil engineering or a similar qualification as a technician / master craftsman (m/f/d)
• Experience as a site manager / foreman (m/f/d)
• Good skills with construction-specific software (e.g., RIB iTWO)
• Structured, independent, and team-oriented way of working
• Willingness to work occasional night and weekend shifts (depending on the project)
• Willingness to travel: usually within daily commuting distance (NRW), with occasional presence in Schifferstadt (RLP)
• Valid Class B driver's license
