Site Manager (m/f/d) Roadworks and Civil Engineering

We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) for Road and Civil Engineering on behalf of our client.

What counts

• A degree in Civil Engineering (University/Technical University) or a similar qualification.
• Several years of experience as a Site Manager in transport infrastructure is a plus.
• Experience with billing/costing software, ideally RIB iTWO.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a self-driven, dedicated, and responsible way of working.

Your contribution

• Planning and independently managing regional construction projects while keeping technical and financial goals in mind.
• Negotiating with clients, owners, and subcontractors.
• Coordinating staff, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Monitoring construction progress and handling site performance reviews.
