- Completed studies in civil engineering (University of Applied Sciences/Technical University) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a construction manager in road construction is desirable
- User knowledge in a billing/calculation program, ideally RIB iTWO
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as an independent, committed, and responsible way of working
Your Contribution with Us
- Planning and independently managing regional construction projects, considering technical and economic objectives
- Negotiating with clients, builders, and subcontractors
- Coordinating the deployment of personnel, equipment, and subcontractors
- Monitoring the construction process and conducting site result checks
