  • Successfully completed (technical) university degree in structural engineering
  • Several years of experience in structural engineering
  • Knowledge of a billing or calculation program (ideally RIB iTWO)
  • Strong customer focus, entrepreneurial thinking and action
  • Committed, independent, and results-oriented work style
  • Fluent German skills in speaking and writing

Your Role with Us

  • Managing regional construction projects in the field of structural engineering, including calculation, contract management, billing, and change order management
  • Independent control and monitoring of the construction process, considering technical requirements and economic targets
  • Efficient coordination of personnel, subcontractors, and equipment deployment, as well as cost-optimized and timely procurement of materials
  • Regular coordination with group and department management and your team
  • Close, partnership-based collaboration with clients aiming for long-term customer retention
