Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) Structural Engineering

We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) in Structural Engineering on behalf of our client.

What matters for you

• A degree in Civil Engineering (University or Fachhochschule) focusing on structural engineering.
• Several years of experience in structural engineering.
• Experience with billing or costing software (idealerweise RIB iTWO).
• A strong customer-focused mindset and an entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting.
• A dedicated, independent, and results-oriented work style.
• Fluent German skills (written and spoken).

Your contribution to the team

• Handling regional construction projects in structural engineering, including costing, contracts, billing, and change management.
• Independently managing and monitoring the construction process while keeping technical requirements and financial goals in mind.
• Efficiently coordinating staff, subcontractors, and equipment, as well as handling cost-optimized and on-time material procurement.
• Regularly checking in with group/department heads and your team.
• Working closely and as a partner with clients to build long-term relationships.
