Site Manager (m/f/d) for Road Construction

We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) for infrastructure and road construction on behalf of our client.

What matters to us

• A degree in Civil Engineering (University/TU) or a similar qualification
• Solid experience as a site manager in road construction is a big plus
• Experience with billing/costing software, ideally RIB iTWO
• A business-oriented mindset and a proactive, independent, and responsible way of working

Your role with us

• Planning and managing regional construction projects on your own, keeping technical and financial goals in mind
• Negotiating with clients, owners, and subcontractors
• Coordinating staff, equipment, and subcontractors
• Monitoring progress and keeping an eye on project results
