Civil Engineer (m/f/d) as Specialist Planner up to €80k a Year

Concrete floor slabs in industrial construction serve several key functions: they act as roadways, storage areas, and foundational components. Throughout a building's lifespan, the industrial floor is the most heavily used part, making it a crucial factor for the functionality and durability of industrial structures.

Our expertise in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department (Industrial Flooring Division) helps ensure the long-term stability and functionality of these structures. By closely collaborating with other departments like Geotechnics and Special Foundation Techniques, we create integrative solutions.

Your Tasks

• Your Mission: Support our Sales Managers across Germany in advising our clients on all matters related to industrial flooring.
• Shared Goal: By reviewing and assessing the technical and economic feasibility of requirements, you develop the appropriate execution concept for the floor slab.
• Stay on Top of Things: You identify project potentials early, create preliminary designs, estimate quantities, and actively participate in calculation and awarding processes. You ensure the high quality of our internal consulting services.
• Embrace Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Actively and collaboratively coordinate with colleagues from various departments of Integrated Planning and branches – teamwork is a big deal for us!

Your Profile

• (Professional) Experience and Passion for Industrial Floors: You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification, along with extensive knowledge of the production and use of industrial floors, and you enjoy applying this knowledge successfully.
• The Customer is King: You already have practical experience in customer consulting and sales and enjoy building and maintaining networks.
• Creative and Interdisciplinary Work Style: You enjoy working creatively and cooperatively across disciplines, such as with foundation engineering, storage, and conveyor technology – thinking outside the box comes naturally to you.
• Strong Communication and Team-Oriented: You impress with your strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and your competence in providing advice.
• Ideally, you have experience in the design of industrial floors and are already well-versed in the extensive regulations.
• You have excellent German language skills in both spoken and written form, with a confident and professional manner of expression.
