Civil Engineer (m/f/d) as Specialist Planner – up to €80k per year

We’re looking for a Civil Engineer (m/f/d) to join our client’s team as a Specialist Planner, with a salary of up to €80k per year.

In industrial construction, concrete floor slabs do a lot of heavy lifting—literally. They act as roadways, storage areas, and foundation components. Over a building's lifetime, the industrial floor is the part that takes the most beating, making it a huge factor in how well a building functions and lasts.

Our client is a leader in the construction industry, offering top-tier expertise in Civil and Environmental Engineering (specifically industrial flooring) to ensure long-term stability. By working closely with other departments like geotechnics and special foundation engineering, they create smart, integrated solutions.

Your Tasks

• Your Mission: You’ll support Sales Managers across Germany, advising customers on everything related to industrial flooring.
• Common Goal: You’ll check if project requirements are technically and financially doable and then come up with the perfect execution plan for the floor slab.
• Keep an Eye on the Big Picture: You’ll spot project potential early on, handle preliminary designs, estimate materials, and play an active role in calculations and bidding. You’ll also make sure the internal consulting quality stays top-notch.
• Live the Interdisciplinary Life: You’ll coordinate closely with colleagues from different planning departments and branches—teamwork is a big deal here!

Your Profile

• Experience and Passion for Industrial Floors: You have a degree in Civil Engineering (or something similar) and a solid understanding of how industrial floors are built and used. Most importantly, you actually enjoy putting that knowledge to work.
• Customer-First Mindset: You already have some experience in consulting or sales and love building and maintaining professional networks.
• Creative and Collaborative: You enjoy working across different fields (like foundation engineering or logistics tech) and naturally think outside the box.
• Great Communicator: You’re a team player with strong communication skills and a knack for giving expert advice.
• Ideally, you have experience in dimensioning industrial floors and know your way around the relevant regulations.
• Language Skills: You have very good written and spoken German and a professional way of expressing yourself.
