Civil Engineer (m/f/d) as Specialist Planner – up to €80k a year

We’re looking for a Civil Engineer (m/f/d) to join our client’s team as a Specialist Planner, with a salary of up to €80k per year.

In industrial construction, concrete floor slabs do a lot of heavy lifting: they act as roadways, storage areas, and foundation components. Over a building's lifetime, the industrial floor is the part that takes the most beating—making it a huge factor in how well an industrial facility functions and lasts.

Our client’s Civil and Environmental Engineering team (Industrial Flooring department) is all about ensuring long-term stability and functionality. By working closely with other departments like Geotechnics and Special Foundations, they create smart, integrated solutions.

Your Tasks

• Your Mission: You’ll support Sales Managers across Germany, advising customers on everything related to industrial flooring.
• Common Goal: You’ll check and evaluate technical and economic requirements to develop the perfect execution concept for floor slabs.
• Keep an Eye on the Big Picture: You’ll spot project potential early on, handle preliminary designs, estimate quantities, and play an active role in calculations and bidding. Quality advice is your top priority.
• Live Interdisciplinary Collaboration: You’ll work closely and as a partner with colleagues from various planning departments and branches—teamwork is a big deal here!

Your Profile

• (Work) Experience and a Passion for Industrial Floors: You have a degree in Civil Engineering or something similar, plus solid knowledge of how industrial floors are built and used. Most importantly, you enjoy putting that knowledge to work.
• Customer-First Mindset: You already have some practical experience in consulting and sales and love building and maintaining networks.
• Creative and Collaborative: You enjoy working creatively across different fields (like foundation engineering or logistics tech)—thinking outside the box is second nature to you.
• Great Communicator and Team Player: You’re a strong communicator, a team player, and know how to provide expert advice.
• Ideally, you have experience in designing industrial floors and are already familiar with the relevant regulations.
• You have excellent German skills (written and spoken) and a professional way of expressing yourself.
