Civil Engineer (m/f/d) as Specialist Planner | €50k - 80k salary

We’re looking for a Civil Engineer (m/f/d) to join our client’s team as a Specialist Planner. In industrial construction, concrete floor slabs do it all: they’re the roadway, the storage space, and the foundation. Over a building's lifetime, the industrial floor is the part that takes the most beating, making it a huge factor in how well a building functions and lasts. Our client’s Civil and Environmental Engineering team (Industrial Flooring department) is all about ensuring long-term stability. By teaming up with experts in geotechnics and special foundation techniques, they create smart, integrated solutions.

Your Tasks

• Your Mission: You’ll support Sales Managers across Germany, advising customers on everything related to industrial flooring.
• Common Goal: You’ll check out technical and economic requirements to figure out the best design concept for the floor slab.
• Keep the Big Picture: You’ll spot project potential early on, handle preliminary designs, estimate quantities, and help out with calculations and bidding. You’ll be the one making sure our internal consulting stays top-notch.
• Live Interdisciplinary Work: You’ll stay in close contact with colleagues from different planning departments and branches—teamwork is a big deal here!

Your Profile

• Experience and Passion for Industrial Floors: You have a degree in Civil Engineering (or something similar) and a solid understanding of how industrial floors are built and used. Most importantly, you enjoy putting that knowledge to work.
• Customer-First Mindset: You’ve got experience in consulting or sales and love building and maintaining professional networks.
• Creative and Collaborative: You like working across different fields—like ground engineering or logistics technology—and thinking outside the box comes naturally to you.
• Strong Communicator: You’re a team player with great communication skills and a knack for giving expert advice.
• Ideally, you have experience designing industrial floors and know your way around the relevant regulations.
• You speak and write German fluently and have a professional way of expressing yourself.
