Civil Engineer/Specialist Planner (m/f/d) 2 days remote work up to €80k

We’re looking for a Civil Engineer/Specialist Planner (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

In industrial construction, concrete floor slabs do a lot of heavy lifting: they act as roadways, storage areas, and foundation components. Over a building's lifespan, the industrial floor is the part that takes the most beating—making it a huge factor in how well a building works and how long it lasts.

Our client’s Civil and Environmental Engineering team (Industrial Flooring department) is all about ensuring long-term stability and functionality. By working closely with other departments like geotechnics and special foundation engineering, they create smart, integrated solutions.

Your Tasks

• Your Mission: You’ll support sales managers across Germany, advising customers on everything related to industrial flooring.
• Common Goal: You’ll check and evaluate technical and economic requirements to come up with the perfect design concept for the floor slab.
• Keeping the Big Picture: You’ll spot project potential early on, handle preliminary designs, estimate quantities, and play an active role in calculations and bidding. You’ll also make sure the internal consulting quality stays top-notch.
• Interdisciplinary Teamwork: You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues from various planning departments and regional branches—teamwork is a big deal here!

Your Profile

• Experience and Passion for Industrial Floors: You have a degree in civil engineering (or something similar) and a solid understanding of how industrial floors are built and used. Most importantly, you enjoy putting that knowledge to work.
• Customer-First Mindset: You already have some experience in consulting and sales and love building and maintaining professional networks.
• Creative and Collaborative: You enjoy working across different fields—like foundation engineering or logistics technology—and thinking outside the box comes naturally to you.
• Strong Communicator: You’re a team player with great communication skills and the ability to provide expert advice.
• Ideally, you have experience in dimensioning industrial floors and are already familiar with the relevant regulations.
• Language Skills: You have very good German skills (written and spoken) and a professional way of expressing yourself.
