Civil Engineer / Specialist Planner (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Civil Engineer/Specialist Planner (m/f/d) on behalf of our client. This role offers 2 days of remote work per week, with a salary range between €50,000 and €80,000.

In industrial construction, concrete floor slabs do it all: they act as roadways, storage areas, and foundation components. Over a building's lifetime, the industrial floor is the part that takes the most beating—making it a huge factor in how well an industrial facility functions and lasts.

Our client’s Civil and Environmental Engineering team (Industrial Flooring department) focuses on ensuring these structures stay stable and functional for the long haul. By working closely with other departments like Geotechnics and Special Foundation Engineering, they create smart, integrated solutions.

Your Tasks

• Your Mission: You’ll support Sales Managers across Germany, advising customers on everything related to industrial flooring.
• Common Goal: You’ll check and evaluate technical and economic requirements to develop the perfect execution concept for floor slabs.
• Keep the Big Picture: You’ll spot project potential early on, handle preliminary designs, estimate quantities, and play an active role in calculations and the awarding process—all while ensuring top-notch consulting quality.
• Interdisciplinary Teamwork: You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues from various planning departments and branches. Teamwork is a big deal here!

Your Profile

• Experience and Passion for Industrial Floors: You have a degree in Civil Engineering (or something similar) and a solid understanding of how industrial floors are built and used. Most importantly, you enjoy putting that knowledge to work.
• Customer-First Mindset: You already have some experience in consulting and sales and love building and maintaining professional networks.
• Creative and Collaborative: You like working across different fields—like foundation engineering or logistics technology—and thinking outside the box comes naturally to you.
• Great Communicator: You’re a team player with strong communication skills and a professional consulting style.
• Ideally, you have experience in dimensioning industrial floors and are already familiar with the relevant industry regulations.
• Language Skills: You have very good written and spoken German and a professional way of expressing yourself.
