Want to help design, develop, and build diverse construction projects and neighborhoods as part of a team? As a Project Manager for projects in the Neubrandenburg area, you’ll get the chance to coordinate entire task areas on your own. Over the next few years, you’ll use your initiative to help drive and take responsibility for neighborhood developments in and around Neubrandenburg.

What you should bring to the table:

• Ideally, a degree in the construction industry (e.g., Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering).
• Professional experience in planning and construction prep, preferably in residential housing.
• Knowledge of building regulations and laws (DIN standards, subsidized housing, etc.).
• Solid experience in construction planning, execution, scheduling, and cost control.
• Good MS Office skills (especially Excel) and experience with tendering software.
• A structured way of working, great teamwork, and a high sense of responsibility.
