Construction Site Manager / Noise Control Engineer (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Site Manager / Civil Engineer for Noise Protection (m/f/d) on behalf of our client. They’re a leading player in the construction industry and a top provider of noise protection solutions for roads and railways across Germany. For over 35 years, they’ve been supporting customers from the initial quote and planning stages all the way to successful completion—nationwide! 🌍

Their portfolio includes noise barriers made from various materials like wood, aluminum, reinforced concrete, glass, plastic, and masonry—including all the necessary extra services, of course. 🛠️ We’re looking for people to handle projects at locations across the country.

Here’s where your skills come in 💡 • ✅ Managing demanding and complex noise protection projects for rail and road • 📅 Taking charge of technical details and deadlines while keeping an eye on the budget • 🛡️ Making sure construction sites are handled according to contract • 👷 Leading your own crew of tradespeople and planning equipment use • 🤝 Coordinating and managing subcontractors • ⚠️ Keeping an eye on and enforcing health, safety, and environmental rules

What you bring to the table 🏗️ • 🎓 A degree in Civil Engineering, a technician qualification, or something similar • 👷 Work experience in at least one of these areas: noise protection, structural engineering, civil engineering, track construction, rail construction, or road construction • 💻 Experience with MS Office and estimating software (like iTwo) • 🗣️ Strong communication skills and the ability to hold your own • 🤝 A team-player mindset • 🚗 Mobility and flexibility
