Civil Engineer / Specialist Planner (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Civil Engineer/Specialist Planner (m/f/d) on behalf of our client. They offer flexible working hours based on trust, and the salary goes up to €80k.

In industrial construction, concrete floor slabs do a lot of heavy lifting: they act as roadways, storage areas, and foundation components. Over a building's entire lifespan, the industrial floor is the part that takes the most beating—making it a huge factor in how well an industrial facility functions and lasts.

Our client’s Civil and Environmental Engineering department (Industrial Flooring division) helps ensure these structures stay stable and functional for the long haul. By working closely with other teams like Geotechnics and Special Foundation Engineering, they create integrated solutions.

Your Tasks

• Your Mission: You’ll support Sales Managers across Germany by advising customers on everything related to industrial flooring.
• Common Goal: You’ll check and evaluate requirements for technical and economic feasibility to develop the perfect execution concept for the floor slab.
• Keep the Big Picture: You’ll spot project potential early on, handle preliminary designs, estimate quantities, and play an active role in calculations and the awarding process. You’ll also ensure the high quality of internal consulting services.
• Live Interdisciplinary Collaboration: You’ll coordinate closely with colleagues from various planning departments and branches—teamwork is a top priority here!

Your Profile

• Experience and Passion for Industrial Floors: You have a degree in Civil Engineering or something similar, plus broad expertise in the production and use of industrial floors. Most importantly, you enjoy putting that knowledge to work.
• Customer-First Mindset: You already have practical experience in consulting and sales and love building and maintaining networks.
• Creative and Collaborative Approach: You enjoy working creatively across different fields (like foundation engineering or warehouse and conveyor technology)—thinking outside the box is second nature to you.
• Strong Communicator and Team Player: You’re a great communicator, a team player, and know how to provide expert advice.
• Ideally, you have experience in designing industrial floors and are already well-versed in the relevant regulations.
• You have excellent German skills (written and spoken) and a professional way of expressing yourself.
